Michele Aubert
I am the founding Principal of Affinity Recruitment Ltd., which has been in operation since 2003. With over 20 years of experience in financial services and in human resource management in the Cayman Islands, I have developed an in depth understanding of the Cayman market place, Immigration & Labour Laws. We at Affinity have succeeded in developing an enviable and extensive list of clients and contacts within the industry and we have a collaborative approach to working through their challenges with recruitment and work permit matters.
I am proud to be a founding and active member of the Cayman Islands Society of Human Resource Professionals and a member of The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (R.E.C). in the U.K. As a member of the R.E.C., Affinity's clients and candidates are assured of my commitment to running a professional, ethical and honest business.
Meredith McCreadie
We are pleased to have Meredith back with us at Affinity after her three years break in her native Canada. Meredith brings with her over 7 years in recruitment, specifically to British Dependent Territories.
Meredith began her career in Toronto, Ontario, Canada as a Corporate Event Planner, however, through advancement with her employer she relocated to Bermuda. During this time she made a career change and began working with a local recruitment company as their key recruiter for temporary staff. Meredith originally joined Affinity in 2006 and during her time with us secured employment for numerous candidates both locally and from abroad. Meredith is knowledgeable of the Cayman market and is committed to assisting job seekers as well as those who are looking for a career change.
Meredith is a member of the Cayman Islands Society of Human Resource Professionals; she holds her certificate in Recruitment Practice and Legal Administrative Diploma. Meredith feels she is Living the Dream in Cayman and looks forward to serving the Cayman community in job placement.
