I am the founding Principal of Affinity Recruitment Ltd., which has been in operation since 2003. With over 20 years of experience in financial services and in human resource management in the Cayman Islands, I have developed an in depth understanding of the Cayman market place, Immigration & Labour Laws. We at Affinity have succeeded in developing an enviable and extensive list of clients and contacts within the industry and we have a collaborative approach to working through their challenges with recruitment and work permit matters.
I am proud to be a founding and active member of the Cayman Islands Society of Human Resource Professionals and a member of The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (R.E.C). in the U.K. As a member of the R.E.C., Affinity's clients and candidates are assured of my commitment to running a professional, ethical and honest business.
Philippa Clark
Philippa is a seasoned recruitment professional with 13 years recruiting experience; 8 gained in London and 5 gained here in the Cayman Islands. She has an excellent understanding of Cayman Islands market and business needs and her expertise covers all areas, specializing in the financial services and legal sectors.
Philippa has an energetic and enthusiastic approach and her clients and candidates really appreciate her going the extra mile to build strong and successful relationships with them.
Michael (Grey) Brett
Grey has more than 7 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant in both the agency and human resource sectors. Prior to moving to Cayman, Grey worked in Bermuda and Canada where he was successful in engaging and assigning first-class IT, Finance and Administrative professionals to leading firms.
At Affinity, Grey works with a wide variety of clients to deliver specialized and time sensitive hiring solutions. His responsibilities include the recruitment of staff for positions in the financial, legal and commercial sectors and his positive nature, high standards and proactive approach lead him to developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and candidates alike.
